Meatloaf

Description

German-style meatloaf like I ate growing up.

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Beef (Turkey (or TVP plus soy sauce) may be substituted)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
2 clv Garlic (minced)
2 c Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1 T Sage (ground)
1 t Black Pepper
1 t Salt (fine (or double for course))
1⁄2 c Parsley (fresh, finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer.
  3. Put the mixture into a standard-sized bread pan.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until center is done (> 180 degrees F).
Notes

You can add some potatoes to the oven as you're cooking this to serve the meatloaf with baked potatoes.
