Ingredients
1 1⁄2 c White Flour
1⁄2 c Whole Wheat Flour
2 T Sugar
2 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
2 Eggs
4 T Vegetable Oil
2 c Milk ((Soy or Almond may be substituted))
2 t Vinegar (white)
Instructions
- Preheat a griddle over medium heat
- Beat the Eggs until frothy using a stand mixer
- Combine the All-purpose flour, Whole wheat flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking soda, and Salt in a separate bowl
- in a different bowl mix the Almond milk and Vinegar then add to the Eggs
- add the Melted butter
- Slowly add the dry ingredients then mix until smooth(About 2-3 minutes more)
- Pour about ⅓ cup of the Batter onto the griddle and cook until the bubbles don't fill in then flip and cook about 3 minutes more
